For standard service and repair calls, we charge a $99 professional diagnostic fee. However, you can frequently find promotions on our social media to waive this fee with a qualifying repair, and our Maintenance Plan members always enjoy $0 service calls year-round. For major investments—such as water heaters, water softeners, whole-home re-pipes, or main water and sewer line replacements—we provide complimentary in-home consultations and free project quotes. Our goal is to provide you with expert options and upfront pricing before any work begins.
2. Do you offer in-house financing or payment plans? Yes! We partner with Wisetack to offer flexible, budget-friendly financing options for our customers. This allows you to break down the cost of major plumbing repairs or installations into manageable monthly payments. The application process is quick, entirely paperless, and won’t affect your credit score to see your options.
3. Do you offer discounts for seniors & active/retired military? We are proud to support those who have served our country and our local seniors. We offer a 5% appreciation discount for all active/retired military personnel and senior citizens. To ensure we apply your savings, please mention this discount during your initial estimate. Please note that this offer is stand-alone and cannot be combined with Maintenance Plan member discounts.
4. Do you offer 24/7 emergency plumbing services? While we do not offer 24/7 emergency dispatch, we are fully dedicated to our customers throughout the work week. We are available Monday through Friday, and although our office officially closes at 5:00 PM, our team frequently stays late to ensure every scheduled job is completed to our high standards. If you have an urgent issue after hours, please leave a message or request service online, and we will prioritize your call the following business morning at 8:00 AM.
5. How do you charge for your plumbing services? We believe in total transparency, which is why we offer upfront, flat-rate pricing for every job. Before any work begins, our technicians provide a detailed list of repair options for your approval, ensuring you know the exact cost with no hidden fees. Invoices are due upon completion, though larger projects may be structured with a deposit or a milestone payment schedule.
